Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

I am honest with my customers. I check all items carefully before the dispatch. Also I always take a photo of the parcel at the post-office before shipping, that's why the return of goods is impossible. Be attentive, the color of the item on the photo can differ from the real color. It is possible because of the camera's or PC's settings. Please, make purchases after careful consideration.

Payment

Payment must be made within 7 days. If payment is not received in that time frame, the transaction will be canceled and appropriate feedback will be left. If for some reason you can't pay within 7 days, please inform me.

I accept payment via PayPal only.

Shipping

I ship worldwide through International Postal System. Shipping prices are actual with no extra charges for handling or packaging. Most of the items I sell will be shipped from Ukraine.

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. My responsibility for your package ends when I deposit it at the post office.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days on receipt of payment. Some of items have got individual processing time (it's the time I need to prepare an order for shipping). For details, pleade, see individual listings.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Europe: 2-21 calendar days

US & Canada: 5-28 calendar days

Rest of the World: 3-35 calendar days

ATTENTION! In connection with the Christmas and New Year holidays, as well as in connection with winter weather cataclysms, the delivery time may be increase to 8 weeks! Usually this is the period from December 1st to January 15th. Please note that I do not accept claims during this period. I cannot be responsible for delay of delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot speed up the work of the postal services. But don't worry, for two years of my work, no parcels has been lost.

If you buy at my shop you agree with the long-term delivery.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.

Sometimes your packages will not be tracking on the USPS (Australian Post, Canadian Post or the tracking site of your country) tracking site until the customs of your country are done with it. You could check what happened with your package after we dropped it off at the Ukrainian Post Office. I will inform you when your package left Ukraine.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through this site or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Bigcartel or any third party services you access through Bigcartel.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Bigcartel to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Data Retention

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
